Just wanted to say thanks a million for last night I think you are very talented at teaching/inspiring/relaxing people. You put me at ease right away in the studio, and made the hour FLY by. I felt like Jell-O after, you're right! I must admit, I was a little apprehensive about going, self conscious, etc, but once I got there I saw I had no reason to be. Everyone was so nice!

I have found that yoga, even just once a week, has strengthened my core muscles and increased my flexibility allowing me to run more injury free.

I have to say that the class was the first yoga class I have liked. I will definitely be back and I think I will be bringing a friend or two with me....hopefully next week!

Cathy: I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the meditation series. I found the whole session so well planned and implemented on your part although of course, it appears effortless during the class. Attending the weekly class gave me "permission" to put the craziness in my life on hold and lose myself for an hour while listening to your calm and soothing voice.
